VF Condition, please refer the picture. This is the third period minted Tibet Rupee, with low percentage silver. This coin was minted during AD 1930's.


Good minted (struck), around 0.400 to 0.5000 silver.燭he weight is around 11.5 grams.Diameter: 30 mm.


Struck in Kang Ding, near the border of China Szechuan (sichuan) province and Tibet. It was meant to replace the Indian Rupee which was used in Eastern Tibet and western Szechuan Province in the 19th century and is considered the forerunner of the Szechuan rupee.
